Regain contacts previously written off as goneaways

Absolute Contacts from Experian provides up to date and verified change of address information enabling organisations to maintain, or regain, contact with UK consumers when they move house. Experian\'s wealth of name and address information and proprietary business processes are employed to accurately identify address changes providing comprehensive coverage of the mover population.

The National Change of Address (NCOA) file comes from the Post Office and identifies those people who have recently moved house. It contains over 13.5 million people, and is growing at 100,000 records a month.

Goneaway suppression
Mailing to goneaways encourages fraud and increases the risk of bad debt.

Online access to over 87 million goneaway records from the following sources:

  • The Universal Suppression Service (USS) file from Royal Mail
